Kitchen Remodeling Installer
Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking dependable, career-minded individuals to join our installation team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants a stable, well-paying career in residential remodeling.
We specialize in cabinet refacing, redooring, and kitchen remodeling projects. Training is provided. Our team is made up of motivated professionals who are committed to changing the remodeling experience into something positive, respectful, and empowering for homeowners and for each other.
This is a permanent, year-round position with paid training, steady work, and bonus potential.

Responsibilities
- Arrive at the jobsite on time wearing a company-logo shirt and appropriate work attire
- Follow instructions and direction from the Project Manager
- Adhere to Kitchen Tune-Up TrustPoints on every jobsite
- Safely operate power and hand tools
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, including daily cleanup
- Communicate progress and issues with the Project Manager daily
- Maintain a positive, respectful attitude toward teammates and homeowners
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to safely operate power tools such as table saws, band saws, circular saws, routers, planers, and nail guns (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable interacting with homeowners in a professional and friendly manner
- Takes personal pride in producing high-quality work done right the first time

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
